The owners of Fish & Buch ( Frank and Kimberly) were brought up in hard-working families. They know the value of the dollar and the importance of not wasting the resources that you have earned. From it's inception, Fish & Buch Heating and Air Conditioning was based on a series of principles:

Frank has held every position in the HVAC field to help him bring his expertise and wisdom to the table to instruct his employees and address his Customers' needs. Fish & Buch's philosophy of customer service is simple: Treat others the way that you would want to be treated. We believe that the true measure of a company is not the bottom line, but how many satisfied customers they possess.We truly believe that we are nothing without our customers. The Fish & Buch mandate is to provide our customers with the very best products service and information. Consequently, we have compiled a list of three customer service standards that we believe all of our consumers have a right to expect when from Fish & Buch:
- Our customers have a right to expect and receive service from courteous, polite and professional technicians. In addition to our duties, we consider ourselves to be a resource to our customers. We have a responsibility to provide service and answer any questions to the customer(s) in a manner that is courteous, respectful and dignified.
- Upon completion of our work, our Customers have a right to receive the work area in a better condition than when we found it. Fish & Buch is committed to do what is necessary to achieve this mandate, we will : Remove all trash from the work site, sweep, vacuum, wash or wipe down any surfaces that were affected by our duties.
- Our customers have a right to be satisfied with our products and services. We at Fish & Buch believe that there is no excuse for substandard customer service : If there is a problem with our work, we will fix it. If there is a misunderstanding, we will address it. If there are questions, we will answer them. We don't consider a job to be truly completed until we have a satisfied smile on the face of our customer.
